About This Event

Stop Carrying the Burden Alone. Your New, Free Beginning Starts Here. You do not have to go through separation or divorce alone. Imagine a safe, steady place where you can finally heal and move forward. What if you could turn confusion into clarity and isolation into connection?

Separation and divorce leave you feeling overwhelmed, angry, uncertain, and isolated. Many try to push through it quietly, believing time alone will fix things. Often it does not.

Because you deserve a safe, steady place to heal, the New Beginnings support group is a small, guided, eight-week program specifically designed to help you regain emotional stability, legal clarity, and confidence.

The Healing After Separation and Divorce program runs once a week from 7:00 to 9:00 pm every Wednesday over eight consecutive weeks, commencing after the FREE TRIAL Session on April 8th, 2026.

The 8-Week Blueprint for Emotional and Practical Recovery

Each week focuses on a specific, high-impact challenge, combining professional guidance with practical tools you can immediately use in real life.

Emotional Stability When Everything Feels Out of Control

Early sessions focus on navigating emotional turbulence, anger, grief, guilt, and loss. You will gain essential coping strategies and emotional regulation tools to move past resentment and find a stable foundation.

Clarity Around Conflict, Finances, and Legal Stress

Move beyond the fear of the unknown. Expert-led sessions provide the guidance you need to make informed financial and legal decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and master communication for less damaging conflict resolution.

Confidence to Move Forward into the Next Chapter

Embrace your new identity and build genuine resilience. Through guided reflection, mindfulness practices, laughter yoga, and group connection, you will leave with renewed self-confidence, emotional strength, and a clear sense of direction for the future.

The 8-Week Topics Include:

  • Navigating Emotional Turbulence\n- Taming the Anger Storm\n- Grieving with Grace\n- Financial and Legal Clarity\n- Conflict Resolution Mastery\n- Laughter and Mindfulness\n- Embracing Single Life\n- Brighter Horizons

This program brings you face-to-face with leading specialists who provide the expertise and guidance to help you master the legal, financial, and emotional complexities of separation.
